Rock Battle rules: Fluorite

Fluorite is a single-elimination Geology365 Rock Battle. Logged-in collectors can enter matching specimens from their collection, then vote on matchups until a champion is crowned.

  • Each logged-in user may enter up to 2 specimens in this battle.
  • The bracket is limited to 32 specimens total (currently 0 entered), and needs at least 32 entries to launch.
  • Eligible specimens must match this battle’s filters: minerals include Fluorite .
  • The battle’s active submission window opens 8/24/2026 2:00 pm.
  • Specimens can be registered while the battle status is open until the field fills to 32 entries .
  • Voting is scheduled to begin 8/27/2026 7:00 pm.
  • Each voting round lasts 1 day. Matchups advance in a single-elimination bracket until one specimen remains.
  • Logged-in users may cast one vote per matchup. Votes lock in once cast and cannot be changed. Live standing bars appear after you vote; total vote counts are shown once enough collectors have weighed in.
  • You must own a specimen to enter it. Anyone with a Geology365 account may vote once voting begins.
