Printing labels is just as easy—our platform quickly identifies specimens that haven't been labeled yet, so you can print new labels with just a few clicks.

Privacy and accessibility are at the core of Geology365. You have full control over your collection's visibility, allowing you to keep specimens private or share them publicly. Private specimens are visible only to you, except in cases where a secure URL is generated. Our system also creates unique QR codes for each specimen, which can be affixed to physical items. Scanning a QR code opens a public page for the specimen, accessible only to those with the unique link.
